In early spring of 2018, 14 job seekers and young people registered in la Mission Locale (French organism for youth employability) were selected to do a placement in a firm in 4 different countries of Europe.

For this fourth departure in 2018, the participants will discover York in Ireland, Vicenza in Italy, Valencia in Spain and Vilnius in Lithuania.

These 2 month professionnal placements are part of the Audace +2 programme, it is a project led by Auvergne-Rhônes-Alpes Regional Council  co-funded by the European programme ERASMUS+.

Thanks to this professionnal opportunity, these future “Audacious” will be able to enhance their soft skills (adaptation and open-mindedness, etc.) and, for sure, the skills related to their field of activity.

In this way, Bastian J. who is fond of infographics will be able to enhance his skills by doing his intership in Cork within a structure specialized in visual communication. Enzo who would like to get involved in the community work will do his placement in a Non-Governmental Organization in Valencia as part of projects dealing with the social employability of young immigrants. As for Floriane L., who is really motivated to pursue her carrier in contact with animals, she will be able to benefit from an immersion in the zoo of Vicenza in Italy.

To ensure that the participants are well prepared for their arrival abroad, we organize a pedagogical and linguistic preparation on a three day basis starting from Monday 9th April.
